Our services do not constitute legal advice, medical advice, or final claim adjudication.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete documentation

  • Ensure they have the right to share submitted materials

  • Use findings in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies

IntegrityMed Review is not responsible for conclusions drawn from incomplete or inaccurate submissions.

4. Independent Review

All reviews are conducted independently and are not influenced by payer interests or external parties. Findings are based on:

  • CPT guidelines

  • Documentation provided

  • Industry standards and best practices

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or recovery amounts.

5. Use of Reports

Reports provided by IntegrityMed Review are intended solely for the client’s internal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not:

  • Alter findings in a misleading way

  • Represent reports as legal determinations

  • Distribute reports publicly without consent

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all submitted materials and client information.

Information provided will:

  • Be used solely for service delivery

  • Not be shared with third parties without consent

  • Be handled with appropriate administrative and technical safeguards

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

Failure to remit payment may result in:

  • Delayed delivery of reports

  • Suspension of services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntegrityMed Review shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Decisions made based on our reports

  • Financial outcomes resulting from claim disputes

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

9. No Guarantee of Outcome

While our reviews are thorough and evidence-based, we do not guarantee:

  • Claim recovery

  • Cost savings

  • Acceptance of findings by third parties

10. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, and materials produced by IntegrityMed Review remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are granted a limited license to use deliverables for internal business purposes.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Misuse of reports occurs

  • Required information is not provided

Clients may discontinue services at any time, subject to any agreed payment obligations.
